Other details: Ionized by the radiation from young, hot stars that have formed within the region, the Soul Nebula contains glowing clouds of hydrogen, oxygen, and sulfur gases. It is a stellar nursery containing young stars and is often studied alongside its close neighbour, the Heart Nebula (IC 1805).
